Warranty

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa, all our products are covered by a 6-month warranty against defects in quality or workmanship.

This does not include:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents

Returns & Exchanges

We do not currently accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Please inspect your cooler bag upon receiving it and let us know within 7 days if anything appears incorrect or defective. This helps us resolve any issues quickly and smoothly.

If the product you received is defective, either on arrival or after use, you may request a return within 6 months of receiving your order, in line with the Consumer Protection Act.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@peakslifestyle.co.za with your order details, a description of the issue and supporting images. Where possible, your cooler bag should be returned in its original packaging.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your preferred resolution, whether that’s a replacement, or refund.
